I have been providing computer support services and Software Development in the North East for over 19 years. Before that I held a variety of IT Support roles and have experience developing professional software applications in the public and private sectors since 1998.
I support domestic and business customers alike and have a wide experience solving all types of IT problems.
No Fix - No Fee
I have always operated a no fix, no fee policy although I haven't aways advertised it. It is rare that a fix cannot be found for a fault, but sometimes the required parts are unavailable and in such cases I would be unable to do the repair.
Please note, the no fix, no fee policy only applies if a fix cannot be found. If a fix is available but you decide against it, a small diagnostic charge may be incurred.
Price Match Promise
I am currently offering to match the price of any competitor for domestic IT work within 20 miles of Sedgefield. Please note that because pricing structures vary, if you want me to match a competitor all I ask is that you ask BEFORE booking the job and let me know which competitor you wish me to match so I can provide a like for like service.
